The Security Industry Authority SIA is the self governing body of the United Kingdom government which provides the security licence to every individual who successfully complete their training and exam. According to the SIA security rule which was established in 2005 any private and public industries can only offer the security related job to someone who has valid SIA licence or NVQ level 2 qualifications in security field.
After getting a SIA licence or certificate for Security Industry Authority you will legally able to perform as security officer for at least 3 years in any private security industry where you can like.
